Terrill Road Baptist began as a mission of the Madison Baptist Church (Madison, NJ) in 1963. Originally called the Clark Baptist Chapel, it met in rented facilities and homes until this small band of believers purchased the property on Terrill Road in Scotch Plains in 1964. The church formally constituted as a church with 100 charter members on April 9, 1967. The groundbreaking for the church facility began on March 24, 1968. It was dedicated to the Lord on January 12, 1969. God has blessed us with six Pastors these past 50+ years:

Kenneth E. King '67-'74

Ron Madison '75-'80

David E. Buck '81-'91

Michael Seaman '92-'03

William C. Page '04 - Present
